What happens when you decide to try your luck on a Saturday night and pop into a trendy restaurant without reservations? Correct, most probably you will you end up walking the streets after 10pm and eating some nasty trash food next to some drunk teenagers and a guy begging for your change. But on rare occasions while aimlessly wandering the streets you land a lucky punch and find a hidden gem.

No matter if you are wearing a 50$ swatch or a 50k Patek, a cool NATO strap will be an eye-catcher and immediately add a touch of individuality and colour to your outfit.

For the second year in a row I have been invited to one of the most prestigious events in Zurich; the Piaget Polo Open 2015. More sophisticated characters may question the reasoning for the invitation to such an illustrious group. Me? I do not care for one second if I got the invitation by mistake or not, I just look forward to a fun afternoon with a delicious catering, action on the field and free food.

 

Tada! Although my new suit arrived only three weeks after having taken my measurements, I haven’t been able to pick it up until just recently. Of course I could have had it delivered to my office or home (included in the service), but picking up a suit is like picking up your new car from the showroom somehow.  You need to take your time and do it personally.

There are two types of restaurants: The ones you visit for the food and the ones that you need to see for its special interior design. And if both criteria are met then it becomes one of those memorable evenings.

I have finally made it. It has taken me over a decade to pay a visit and the expectations are sky-high now. Of course your position is though, since I have been around the world like Puffy and Mase in their prime, and you are up against heavyweights like NYC, Rio, London, Sydney, Barcelona  and so on…time for some cherry blossoms and your A-Game.
