If you are active on any social media platform it is impossible to avoid the current fitness frenzy. Hashtags like #beastmode, #fitnessislife or #workhard paired with motivational quotes like “pain is weakness leaving the body” are all over the place. And sure, we all would love to have that perfect instagram body, but we also love the good life and the occasional pizza.
Recently I visited my first ever Yoga class, something I had been contemplating for a while now, but never really pulled through. Until I got an invitation by the guys at Lululemon for a Yoga class at my favourite gym in town.
Now that my well hidden muscles almost recovered from my last workout at the Balboa Garage over a year ago (–> Read the blog post) a lot has changed. While Balboa has become a brand and opened a brand-new gym I just got lazy and apparently also forgetful. How could I otherwise accept another invite for a workout?
