I love street food. Almost everybody does and after this weekend there is no denying it: Zurich needs urgently a permanent Food Market. How else can you explain a million people standing in line for hours to get a bite of a wagyu beef bun or some truffle popcorn?

Although Punta del Este is widely known for its exuberant lifestyle and the number of restaurants easily matches the number of yachts in the port, it is always a challenge to find a hidden gem in such a sparkling environment.
Ok, I’ll admit it. I may be a little bit biased when writing a post about Spain and in this case Madrid. It feels like your old pair of Jordans…they are a little beat up, dirty and smelly, but you still love them. This is how I feel about this magnificent city and its vibrant nightlife.
The concept:
Simple. 2 hostess, 2 cooks, 1 sommelier and a pop-up restaurant in an old house in Luzern waiting for demolition but furnished with exclusive designer pieces.
